Beautiful location and property. Well designed and executed rooms and common areas. Michael and his crew clearly put a lot of thought and care into this place. It was so peaceful and comfortable that we extended our stay. Highly recommended for folks looking for a quiet beach spot with modern amenities.

Magical Positive: One of the best places I’ve stayed. Absolutely beautiful surroundings - we saw so many humpbacks frolicking in the distance. The space is beautifully designed, clean and peaceful. We had a relaxing 9 days at this beautiful location. Every picture accurately represented our experience. We highly recommend a 4X4 as the road to get to this property was an adventure in itself but well worth it. We met some wonderful guests who filled their day with surfing so we had the pool all to ourselves. There are some great restaurants like The Nest, Retro Burger, Zai Sushi and Shade Bar - none of them disappointed. You will not regret this piece of heaven:)

Casa del Mar is exactly what you expect from the posting. The space is beautiful and well maintained. It is a quiet and relaxing location with stunning views and plenty to explore. It was the perfect balance of sunrises over the sea and sunsets over the desert. A short walk down to the beach along the road leaves you with stretches of sand and surf for as far as the eye can see. I enjoyed the isolation, the stars at night, and the friendly folks staying in the space. Michael was very communicative, sharing information leading up to my stay and giving clear directions.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Las sábanas y toallas estaban impecablemente limpias, y los alrededores ofrecen playas hermosas y prácticamente vírgenes. La alberca tiene una vista espectacular hacia la bahía, ideal para relajarse al atardecer. Desde nuestra llegada recibimos una atención muy amable y eficiente por parte de todo el equipo. Viajamos con nuestra bebé de 8 meses y amablemente nos proporcionaron una cuna, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. De noche, el cielo estrellado es simplemente impresionante, un verdadero espectáculo natural. Rentamos un jeep en San José y eso hizo toda la diferencia: pudimos explorar los alrededores y descubrir lugares increíbles. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

Alojamiento fantastico si buscas unos días de desconexion en la zona o si quieres hacer alguna actividad en Cabo Pulmo. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, a 5 minutos andando de la playa, tiene instalaciones estupendas y està super bien equipado (bbq, cocina, zonas comunes con jacuzzi, piscina con vistas, cama enorme super comoda). Hector y Manny han estado muy atentos y se han encargado de que todo estuviera perfecto. Si tenemos oportunidad, volveremos sin dudarlo!!!

La casa di Mikeal è andata ben oltre ogni aspettativa. Io e il mio fidanzato non pensavamo nemmeno potesse esistere un posto così — un perfetto angolo di paradiso dove disconnettersi totalmente, immersi nella natura e a due passi dal surf. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e attenzione, e il senso di pace che si respira è difficile da descrivere. Un ringraziamento speciale a Manny, il custode, una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore a lungo. Grazie Mikeal!

This is really a little paradise - immersed in the nature and near beautiful beaches. Incredible place - we wish we would have stayed the whole summer!

The most amazing and beautiful experience. It was all I wanted for my retreat. Manny and Michael went above and beyond in their hospitality and were so kind and thoughtful. The views, sunrise and beaches were incredible. Definitely one of my best experiences. Thank you!

This location and house are truly remarkable. The 50-60 min. drive from San Jose takes you along world-class coastal scenes and into a remote, quiet desert escape. The architecture, decor and landscaping are top notch - with every amenity accounted for. The terrace pool is incredible, as is the ground floor hot tub. 2 of the best surf spots in the East Cape (Nine Palms and La Fortuna) are within a 20 minute drive. The beaches within walking distance of the house are pristine. We rarely saw anyone else on the beach. If you want a beach escape or desert escape - this is a wonderful spot.

No dudes ni un segundo de reservar este alojamiento, es un ensueño, esta bien equipado y ubicado en una zona muy privada de la costa este de Baja California, la vista hacia el mar con la infinity Pool es una cosa espectacular, todos los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos. Debes llevar tus compras hechas para pasar una estadía de maravilla cuentan con asador y lugar para fogata, tienen atenciones como brindarte una bocina y servicio de lavandería.

It was my second visit here. It’s just hard to find places like this. If you wish to have some quiet, be immersed in nature with no noise or lights from “civilization” without giving up any comfort this is the place. The property is community oriented with all units opening to community space but each have own patio with shade curtains. The sunrise views are had from top unit and top patio/deck. Amazing sleep! There are some restaurants close and town is only 45 minutes if you want to hit flora farms or the likes. Rent the whole place for surf trips or family seclusion. It’s well managed by all!! Thanks again

I was very pleased with my overall experience staying at Michael's place. Manny his check-in host (plus much more) was incredibly friendly and helpful. I found the place safe, comfortable and extremely peaceful. When (not if) I am back in the area, I will be looking to stay here again.

This is a great place for families and couples. Michael’s home was beautiful and with all of the amenities. Thank you Michael for being a great host and see you again soon.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in Casa del Mar und es war ein Traum. Zudem hatten wir das Glück, die einzigen Göste zu sein. Ruhige Lage, super Design, Whirlpool, Infinity-Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer+Buckelwale. Zum Tauchen in Cabo. Pulmo braucht man ca 50min mit dem Auto. Wir hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft wünschen können. Sie ist nicht billig aber mehr als ihren Preis wert. 100% Empfehlung.

Michael a logrado combinar la naturaleza local, arquitectura, lujo y comodidad en un solo espacio. Lugar de ensueño, personal de lo más amable, atento y comprometido para que tengas la más alta experiencia. I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful air bnb my husband and I had a great time. If you ever stay you’ll need a 4x4 awl drive high lifted car as the road is very rough and the rocks will hit the bottom of the car but the stay was beautiful. We got to watch the whales breach daily and have a private beach to our self’s. I’ll come again after beautiful trip here.

Lugar maravilloso. Una estancia perfecta!. Con vistas estupendas y acceso a playas extensas. En el mes Enero pudimos contemplar muchas ballenas desde la casa Desde allí un día de excursión a Cabo Pulmo para completar las actividades de buceo y de vuelta a la casa BBQ! Se respira mucha tranquilidad y paz en todo el entorno. Y por las noches uno no quiere dejar de contemplar las estrella. Aún siendo un lugar remoto, en la casa dispones de las mejores comodidades posibles. En definitiva un lugar idílico.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Diamanté, a true jewel in the East Cape! Surrounded by beautiful vistas in every direction, the casa is modern and stylish, but not at the expense of functionality - thoughtful touches abound throughout, with everything you might need for your stay in this beautifully remote area (and more, including a fabulous hot tub). But I think what really set our stay apart was Michael’s kind and thoughtful hosting - we felt so welcomed throughout our stay! Can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Micheal’s place is perfect. From a well-equipped kitchen to an incredibly comfortable bed finished with luxury bedding we could not have asked for more but here we were given it! From beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels and knowledge of the local area Micheal was the ultimate host. A pool with a view and a hot tub to become even more relaxed was just the icing on the cake. If you are looking for an East Cape getaway look no further. We will be back to enjoy this absolute gem.

A fantastic stay in Michael’s house. The setting is just incredible - quite remote, but just a 50 minute drive from San Jose. Nature abounds! There are deck chairs and an umbrella to take down to the vast and deserted beach. A hot tub to jump into, upon your return, followed by dinner grilled on a (charcoal) barbecue, under the stars. And to finish off the evening, light the fire in the fire pit and uncork another bottle of wine. All mod cons in the rooms and an extremely friendly host, who is there to answer any questions you may have. A five star stay. We will return.

Estoy maravillado, sinceramente no tengo palabras para describir lo lindo que es el lugar y la zona donde está ubicado; esa combinación perfecta entre la vegetación desértica y el mar es una cosa única y Michael lo ha sabido interpretar a la perfección. Amaneceres y atardeceres de ensueño, una playa infinita y totalmente sola que te hace sentir diminuto, y ni se diga del cielo estrellado, una barbaridad. Es el lugar perfecto si lo que buscas es darte un detox de la vida en la ciudad y contemplar lo que la naturaleza nos comparte. Súper cómodo de habitar puesto que cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias. Michael e Isabel son unas personas tan cálidas y reconfortantes que te hacen sentir como en casa, ni se diga de Juan que está al pendiente en todo momento. Los paisajes que ofrece el camino son una pintura y con suerte podrás ver algunas ballenas y/o bancos de peces por la zona dependiendo la temporada. No puedo calificar este lugar más que con un 10/10 A+

Muy CHINGON. that's pretty awesome in baja terms. Michaels place checks all the boxes and is probably the most modern place out here on the east Cape. it is sparkling clean and fully equipped for your adventures in the area. close to punta perfecta if you surf. we stayed with 2 kids and were able to enjoy two different suites. the pool and hot tub were great. the outdoor areas and nooks are wonderful. Michaels crew checks in on you to make sure everyone is ok if you are staying more than a couple days which is comforting when you are so far out here. this place is A+
